The objective of this task order is to deliver workshops to State agencies to facilitate outreach and awareness of the project and travel time reliability (TTR) products developed through SHRP2 and FHWA. The intent is to ensure that the implementing agencies fully understand TTR guidelines, key principles, benefits, lessons learned, and success stories and be willing to use the lexicon terminology for disseminating TTR information to the motorists.
