TSMO Strategy Toolkit

The objective of this task order is to create a TSMO Strategy Toolkit that will serve as a one-stop-shop for the collection of TSMO strategies. The Toolkit will help practitioners identify the range of TSMO strategies, identify which strategies might be most useful for their situation or issue, and easily connect with existing resources to help them apply the strategy. The Toolkit will, at a minimum, include a strategy matrix, strategy factsheets, and tips for use. In some cases, the information in the Toolkit may be enough to help an agency/practitioner to decide to try a strategy for a given issue, while in other cases the Toolkit may be the first step that helps an agency/practitioner decide on a shortlist of strategies for more in-depth analysis (e.g., traffic analysis, modeling).
